than its Market Value. Check around to see how much it would cost to fix it up, to enhance the look of the house. After upgrading the house you need to get the house appraised

Enroll in a school for real estate and get your liscense. After getting your
liscense your life will be opened to a great new opportunity as a real estate agent.
